Kate BurtonKate is coach, consultant, writer and trainer with twenty-five years’ experience who enables organisations and individuals to focus their energy on effective communication. Her career began in corporate advertising, marketing and publishing with hi-tech companies including Hewlett-Packard. She consults with a variety of businesses across industries and cultures such as Sony, GlaxoSmithKline, and KPMG to design and implement communications strategies. She also delivers custom-built training and coaching programmes that boost team motivation, self-awareness and confidence. Kate is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and has recently co-authored a guide to NLP - the art of communication - to be published by John Wiley. Fiona DavidsonFiona is an organisation development consultant who specialises in helping organisations deliver performance improvement through the effective integration of people, processes and technology. Fiona’s background is in the implementation of enterprise information systems to enable business change, with particular focus on the human aspects of change. She has held senior roles at Glaxo Wellcome, SAP UK, Lucas Industries and Philips Electronics. Fiona is currently completing an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies at the University of Surrey. Nick JamesNick is an experienced consultant and facilitator. He has extensive consultancy experience, working at KPMG for 10 years, and more recently with the Tavistock Consultancy Service who have a reputation for groundbreaking work with groups and organisations. Nick works at three levels in organisations: advising business change programmes; improving the effectiveness of teams; and coaching individuals at times of transition in their careers. Jeremy KeeleyJeremy’s work centres on enabling people to develop themselves often in an environment of change - and is focused on delivering significant benefits and achievements for the individual and their organisation. As well as individual coaching, Jeremy has worked on a wide range of major change programmes including one of the biggest mergers in the UK. He was a consultant with KPMG for three years, and is a qualified accountant (FCMA) who has held senior financial line roles. Jeremy is also the founder of the not for profit developmental organisation, Sadler Heath. Lindsay MurdochLindsay has extensive experience in change management and human resources coupled with a deep understanding of business. She is an excellent facilitator, coach, team leader and trainer. Lindsay has substantial consultancy experience. She led the change consulting business for Practick, and prior to this, worked with KPMG and Coopers & Lybrand. Her early career began in HR management in the FMCG industry with Rowntree Mackintosh plc, Philips Electronic Industries, and United Biscuits. Lorraine PurbrickLorraine is an experienced business coach and facilitator, specialising in leadership development, team dynamics and career development. Lorraine’ began her career in marketing for Unilever and after several years, moved to a leading grocery research and training institute, finally heading up the training and development department. Lorraine not only brings extensive business experience to her work, but also uniquely combines this with her in-depth psychological understanding, having completed two years of her Masters degree at the Gestalt Centre. Lorraine likes to develop long-term and in-depth relationships with her clients and has worked with Visa Europe for over 7 years. Amongst others, clients have included Unilever, The London Underground, The Medical Research Council, Deutsche Bank, The Co-op and The Salvation Army. Lesley RobinsonLesley is a business advisor and coach with particular expertise in developing strategies to manage organisational knowledge. She works in organisations to improve business processes and realign roles, and she coaches individuals through the ensuing change. Lesley’s consultancy experience includes Bain & Company, and KPMG where she held a strategic role working for CEO, Lord Sharman of Redlynch, in the UK and USA. Lesley is a visiting lecturer at City University and regularly speaks at conferences and writes papers for the knowledge industry. |
